"I stayed at the Setai on April 30-May 1st and it was an absolutely beautiful experience. I booked my room through Jet Luxury. Originally, there was a misunderstanding regarding their ad on SocialLiving.com and my reservation. HOWEVER, the president of Jet Luxury, Richard, was an absolute gentlemen and his customer service was impeccable. He corrected my reservation and provided me and my guest with some upgrades to account for any inconvinience. The experience was beyond words. Perhaps, the biggest selling point of this hotel is their staff. They are knowledgeable, truly care about your stay and extremely attentive. The Personal Assistant/Concierge provided us with information on where to go at night, where to eat and sites to see. The bed was perhaps the best I have ever encountered and the bathroom was beautiful. The bar in the hotel "Bar on Fifth" had original specialty Cocktails, which were delicious. And the location on fifth was very convenient, especially for someone who doesnt know the city too well and wants the major tourist sites within walking distance.
