It was beautiful but I wish their customer service hours were longer. There was a small situation with a broken glassware. I had to wait the next day but they handled the situation. Overall it was a great stay.

We loved our stay! It was so wonderful being in a smoke free/casino free environment. The location is fantastic being next to Aria and Bellagio. We could see the fountains from our room on the 52nd floor. We will definitely stay here again.

2 night stay was amazing. Loved the bed, the space, and the wonderful jetted tub. Delicious food and champagne at the downstairs Lounge in Tower 2. Only suggestions: Change Coffee type from Folgers to something your guests would actually like. Clean jets in tubs .

We arrived on a Tuesday evening. Even just pulling up, I thought the hotel looks so pretty! Very clean! When we walked in, we got in line. Checked in with no issues. Our room was very clean so that was awesome. The shower and tub with jets worked so well. The bed was comfortable. Extra linens were in the closet. I had an issue using the safe. I called the front desk and they sent security up to help. The issue was resolved fast and the gentleman was so pleasant. The essential store is a little pricey but I think that’s to be expected. No complaints. One of the three pools was closed on our second day and that was kind of a bummer but whatever! Who cares? There were 2 others and they were nice. The staff at checkin and the lifeguards were sweet and helpful. All of the staff upon our departure was so nice and helpful. They answered our questions nicely and helped us eagerly. We will stay here again. We give the hotel a 9.9/10 for cleanliness, service and friendliness.

Was very happy that the suite was Strip facing and on the highest floor (other than the penthouse suites). Excellent Las Vegas views!!! Loved that the suite had a balcony for even better sights and sounds!!! The suite was more than we expected. Check in was great! Valets were all super friendly and helpful!!! Will definitely be a top pick on our next Las Vegas excursion!!!
