Canceling prior to 72 hours of reservation grants full refund, within 48 hours results in charge of one night plus tax and within 24 hours will be charged in full.   

Please note that if you have booked the Early Booking Special, there is a 14 day cancellation period. Further, if you have booked during a holiday period, there is a 7 day cancellation policy.

I just wanted to provide a few comments regarding one of your reservation employees, Yolanda Jacobs. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Yolanda the past few years when booking rooms at the MGM Signature in Vegas for an annual trip my friends and I take.
